The secondary processing and decoration workshop has traditional screen printing and pad printing including roller screen printing and multi-color pad printing, hot-foil stamping, laser engraving, high frequency welding and ultrasonic welding.
Different surface decoration techniques can enrich the color of the product and enhance the value of the product.

We have set up a team for automated production study, they focus on realization of automatic production in plastic/ electronic project. It helps the company to enhance production efficiency and control the cost, to keep us being competitive in the industry.

Our spraying room equipped with enclosed manual spraying production line, Rotary dust-free automatic spraying line (for UV coating). EMI spraying are also included in our production checklist. To meet the needs for various plastic parts’ spraying, we have advanced inspection equipment, e.g., Spraying inspection machines, color meter, hardness tester etc. We are well-prepared to ensure our production could comply with the given standard from customer.
