  • Engineering Teams

    Our R&D and Engineering teams provide professional ideas during the development. To fulfill the needs of our client, our design team could work on different software to provide the professional 2D & 3D mold design.

  • We are well equipped with world class machinery. Among the 16 CNC machines, 6 of them are high-speed CNC from Roders, Germany. We also have Digital EDM and Wire-cutting machines from Agie Charmilles. To guarantee the accuracy of tool making, our tooling workshop are temperature controlled.

  • Eagle could built various plastic injection tooling, like single shot molds, double shot molds, triple shot molds, molds with hot runner system, Insert molds and overmold tooling. Size is up to 1M X1M in terms of mold core and weight up to 5 tones.
